The Casarciccia estate is built and managed with ecological and organic awareness. The suites are built of natural materials, including wood, terra cotta, stone and glass, without the use of any chemical materials.
The guests staying at the estate will enjoy the use of the salt water pool overlooking the green valley. The pool is at the foot of the olive grove in the garden of the mansion. The pool’s dimensions are 5x18 mt, which allow for a nice and relaxed swim.
The estate is located in the center of Umbria, 7-minute drive from the town of TODI, and at a distance of about 30 minutes drive from the towns of Assisi, Perugia, Orvieto, Spoleto, Trevi, Spello, and pictoresque sites like the Trasimeno Lake, the Marmora Falls and Mount Sovezio.

Casarciccia is a rural country estate perched atop a hill, overlooking the spectacular Umbrian countryside, in the center of Italy, near the town of TODI, surrounded by olive groves, wheat fields, vineyards, sunflowers fields and a natural Mediterranean forest.
We offer a relaxed vacation experience, for adults only, which combines tranquillity with art, architecture and fresh Italian cuisine.
Away from the hustle and bustle of the city, the Casarciccia estate invites its guests to enjoy the beauty of nature, listen to the medidative silence, and the chirping of the birds, as well as to savour the spectacular sunsets over the Tiber valley, and the town of Monte Castello di Vibio visible on the horizon.
The estate is located between smooth hills in the heart of wide green fields. It includes a central and old rural house, and an adjacent charming two-story villa, surrounded by green lawns, rosemary and lavender beds, olive groves and fruit trees. The vegetable and spice gardens are organically grown, with no use of pesticides or chemicals.

The Casarciccia estate includes four airy and spacious suites equipped with everything you might desire for an enjoyable vacation. Each suite has its own independent entrance and a balcony or garden, as well as a seating area, where you can rest and enjoy the breath-taking scenery.
